Shipping & returns

We have so variety of products from different manufactures and could be ship from any of our warehouses that are around United States while doing that our service will always make sure you get your item as promised by the time was calculated in the shopping cart at the moment you confirm and pay your order.

Please have in mind the follow when buying your product:

  • We only ship product within the United States of America.
  • The Returns rules are stipulated in each product all products come with 30 days Return Guarantee.


  • Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging, the original computer box with the protective foams.  We send our computers double boxed and we expect to get the returned item the same exact way to avoid shipping damages. The buyer is responsible for cost of any damages during shipping and missing items. 

    Once we receive the product and confirm that is in good condition we will refund your money in full. 

  • Hazardous materials cannot be shipped by any other method than a Ground Service. These materials cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico for any reason, regardless of ship-to information.

  • Recipient must inspect orders via any truck lines for shipping damage prior to acceptance of the shipment. Visible damage claims must be clearly noted on the delivery receipt/bill of lading as proof the damage or tampering occurred prior to delivery. Such damages must be reported within 24 hours, with documented proof, otherwise claim and/or credit may be denied. To ensure full credit, original packaging, manuals and shipping boxes must be retained for inspection.
  • All shipping/pricing discrepancies must be reported within 5 business days of receipt of order
